Our mission is to embed diversity, equity and inclusion to all aspects of our business.  This work is not only important to how we do business but it’s a vital part of who we are. From our local communities and partnerships to the experiences of our clients and employees, we are committed to making sure that each person feels valued and respected.

At Zions, we define diversity as a variety of collective thoughts, perspectives, experiences, ideas and backgrounds which are typically rooted in one's identity. This includes gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, ability, veteran status, citizenship status, or any of these intersecting identities.

Equity is to create access and opportunities for all employees. We acknowledge that there are cultural, social and environmental barriers in the workplace that can directly impact an employee's success.

Inclusion is when every employee feels like they belong. We strive for an environment that is safe for all identities to be fully engaged

Multiculturalism A Multicultural Advisory Board has been created to focus on promoting inclusive environments in the workplace through cross-cultural awareness campaigns, social events, and facilitating discussions around current events.
