We are looking for a Banking Integration Manager who wants to see a positive change in banking and inspire others to embrace change for the better. Working closely with the Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) executive leadership team to advance strategic initiatives, the ideal leader will have the drive and skills to execute dynamic ideas that connect with our key audiences. Leading a team of thinkers and doers, the right candidate will bring a mix of organizational change, workforce analytics, and communications expertise along with an ability to build collaborative partnerships to get things done. Charged with driving strategic planning and organizational change across ETO, this leader will drive compelling programs, reporting, analysis, events, and communications that connect to the needs of our team members, bankers, customers, and communities.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead a team in the design, planning, and implementation of technology and change management projects.

  • Work closely with other leaders to provide functional leadership and support of project goals and deliverables.

  • Coach project teams to high performance and help resolve critical issues.

  • Work with other leaders to identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and mitigate risks.

  • Anticipate, recognize, access, and mitigate risk to resolution

  • Build solid relationships to work closely with internal departments, management, and outside vendors to ensure project completion

  • Work in a fast-paced environment anticipating, creating, and managing change.

  • Work closely with internal departments and outside vendors to support project completion.

  • Hire, fire and conduct performance reviews.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Requires leadership and management experience.

  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies including processes, tools, scope management, scheduling, and resource management

  • Strong knowledge of technology implementation processes, including methodologies, processes, tools, and software environment and resource management.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to work seamlessly with peers and executives.

  • Advanced knowledge in solution identification and assessment.

  • Must have strong leadership, management, coaching, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

  • Requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree and 6+ years’ experience in integration projects/initiatives or other directly related experience.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong negotiation and facilitation abilities.

  • Functions as the knowledge expert of specific processes, computer applications or other technology project related knowledge.

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

 

Location: This position is remote if outside of the Salt Lake Valley, or a hybrid of remote/in office when new technology campus opens summer 2022.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
