Job Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business process analyses, incorporating critical thinking and root-cause identification.
  • Project management experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of risk management concepts and practices.
  • Attention to detail to produce clean written communications.
  • Advanced time-management and self-governance skills to work independently and complete assignments on time.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ability to solve problems related to multiple priorities and/or conflicting or inaccurate data.
  • Ability to follow standard practices and procedures.
  • Solid presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Desired

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Expertise in 12 CFR Appendix D to Part 30—OCC Guidelines for Establishing Heightened Standards for Certain large Insured National Banks, Insured Federal Savings Associations, and Insured Federal Branches.
  • Exposure to fraud risk management, risk governance frameworks, and/or strategic planning concepts and practices.
  • Education and/or experience in communications, technical writing, English or a related field, with AP Stylebook expertise and the ability to implement style guides consistently in written communications.
