Zions Commercial Credit is now accepting resumes for a Lease Documentation Coordinator in the Leasing Operations Group. 


Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:


  • Provide administrative and operational support for one or more of the following lease areas:
    • servicing
    • documentation
    • closing
    • processing
    • notes
    • disbursements
  • Maintain files, documents, notes, etc.
  • Verify completeness of files with all necessary documents and signatures required.
  • May prepare and or track disbursements, lease documents, reports, obtain credit and/or financial information.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and business.


Successful candidates will have the following credentials:  


  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years office, administrative, clerical or other directly related experience. College degree preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of lending and/or lease processes, principles, systems and pc's.
  • Previous experience in a bank environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and typing skills.
  • Must have solid customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with good verbal and written communication skills.
