HR Benefits Specialist: SLC
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Requires a High School diploma or GED experience in employee benefits, human resources or other directly related experience.
- Experience with medical, dental, LTD, life insurance etc. administration and enrollment.
- Experience working in a multi-state environment preferred.
- Flexible, team-player able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer service aptitude and skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people.
- Ability to work with highly confidential information daily.
- Possess good initiative and judgment.
- Strong MS Office and HRIS skills required.
