We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position will support several technology divisions, working closely with technology directors to support the organizations priorities and strategic outcomes.  This includes maintaining and aligning calendars, conducting expense management and travel arrangements, managing correspondence, and providing communication and analytical support to maximize senior leadership efficiency.



  • Provides a variety of administrative, clerical, and staff support services to senior management.
  • May assist in communication, analytical, and financial activities.
  • Assists in preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc. 
  • Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served. 
  • Serves as ambassador for team members, ensuring a great onboarding and operational experience.
  • Supports expense management and travel arrangements.



  • 8+ years of administrative office, clerical, word processing or other directly related departmental experience.
  • Requires a High School diploma or Equivalent. A two year college degree preferred.  A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Advanced knowledge Microsoft suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational, customer relations and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong critical thinking to synthesize information and optimize outcomes.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
