Who should apply?


We want someone who has: 
  • An Associates’ degree in business, technology or related field and some technical experience with help desk, programming, testing, support or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and web browsers as well as networking, internet protocol, firewalls, and computer hardware.

  • Knowledge of Treasury Management Products (such as ACH, Internet Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, etc).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and solid presentation skills for a wide variety of audiences.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems via phone or remote session.

  • Ability to interpret and understand customer data files in order to integrate with bank systems.
