We are looking for an experienced Account Relationship Officer to provide top-notch customer service to our clients and customers in Boise or Idaho Falls. This role performs full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support in loans, deposits, and account servicing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the bank professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand deposit and operational needs and support relationship strategies.
  • Conduct research on loan and deposit accounts using internal systems.
  • Open new accounts and actively cross-sell bank products and services.
  • Manage operational tasks including address/phone updates, statement pulls, refunds, wires, fee waivers, and online banking enrollment.
  • Process payments, transfers, payoff requests, auto payments, and transaction disputes.
  • Support consumer loan boarding and funding, check/card ordering, and maintenance.
  • Present operational updates during sales meetings and contribute to team training efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years experience in banking, loans, deposits, account servicing or other directly related experience.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of branch operations, including loans, deposits, new accounts, banking principles and policies.
  • Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communications skills.
  • Ability to work with relationship managers and clients as needed.
