Agile Product Owner - Integration Banking Transformation
Strong analytical skills, especially the ability to understand and document complex operational processes
Ability to discover and define technical requirements and their relationship to provide continuity in all major application solution decisions
Solid decision making, problem resolution, listening and team building skills.
Outstanding organizational skills, especially the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work with various levels of leadership
Understand agile and SAFe methodologies and how this relates to an agile team
Bachelor's degree in a computer or business-related discipline (Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or Management, etc) or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
6+ years of combined experience in product management, product development, software development and/or product support
Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum
Background in product development and/or product/program delivery
Experience with process automation using tools like IBM Business Process Manager or Symantec Workflow
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
Experience as a product owner in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience with Banking and Mobile Platforms
