Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelors degree and 4+ years of Bank Secrecy Act and/or AML compliance processes, procedures, and regulations or other directly related compliance experience. Financial crime investigation experience preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Relevant Professional Certification; Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), Associate of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) or Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS) is a plus.
  • Requires a considerable working knowledge of compliance, risk management and anti-money laundering related requirements for one or more of the following BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FCPA and other applicable U.S. regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of the banking or finance industry.
  • Ability to manage a team of BSA/AML Supervisors and Analysts.
  • Knowledge of systems related to suspicious activity monitoring, technology and database management.
  • Solid analysis and problem resolution skills.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
  • Good supervisory/management skills.
