Educations, Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of banking and/or finance and banking systems implementations.
  • Ability to elicit, gather and analyze user requirements
  • Requires a working knowledge of business analysis, impact, process and flow.
  • Working knowledge of agile, scrum, scaled agile framework
  • Requires extensive analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field and 6+ years business analysis, user acceptance testing, business impact, process and flow, process mapping, business requirements analysis and documentation, or other directly related experience in financial/banking services.
  • Solid organizational, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to interact with experts from multiple disciplines, both technical and non-technical.
  • Knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, Visio.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
