Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance or a related field and 4+ years of experience with small to medium programs/projects, program management processes, methodologies and tools, resource and change management practices and techniques or other directly related experience.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of program/project management, including methodologies, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling and resource management.
  • Extensive knowledge of solution identification, assessment and creation of business and financial cases. Strong strategic planning, risk management and change management skills.
  • Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, schedules and budgeted costs.
  • Strong negotiation and facilitation abilities.
  • Ability to anticipate, create and manage change.
  • Ability to work with various levels of employees and manager across business lines.
  • Working knowledge of departmental specific processes, computer applications or other project related knowledge.

 

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements; and an ability to learn quickly.

 

Pay Range: $90,000 - $125,000
