Cloud Solutions Architect

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field

• Six or more (6+) years of professional experience in Information technology, Cyber Security, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to author and present materials ranging from detailed technical specifications to high-level presentations

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; able to quickly digest any issue/problem encountered and recommend an appropriate solution

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of application security and secure software development practices

• Experience with assessment, implementation, optimization, and documentation of broad set of security technologies and processes such as data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management, systems

• Experience deploying and operating on a public cloud public framework.

• Familiarity with service design and pricing in the context of cloud based solutioning.

• Professional cloud solutions architect certification preferred.

• Experience working in a hybrid environment (On Premise, AWS, Azure, SaaS products).

• Hands-on technical experience in designing, building and securing AWS and Azure services

• Advanced experience with modern cloud architecture and development including the following technologies:

  • Amazon AWS (e.g. CloudFormation, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)

  • Microsoft Azure (e.g. AAS, IPaaS, Cosmos, SQL,  Visual Studio, PowerBI, PowerAPP, etc.)

  • Java/J2EE

  • Spring

  • Springboot

  • REST
  • JSON
  • XML
  • SOAP
  • LDAP

  • JavaScript

  • GITHUB
  • Jenkins

Pay Range: $145,000 - $165,000

Work location: The Architecture Team is based in the Salt Lake City, Utah, area. The successful candidate will either be based in Utah or willing to travel to Utah regularly.
