We want someone who has:

 

  • 3+ years or more of proven sales experience in commercial banking.
  • Powerful relationship management and business development skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of credit and loan structuring.
  • Working knowledge of deposit products and services.
  • Positive interactions with Credit Approvers, Risk Officers and Senior Leadership.
  • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to loan and deposit growth goals and objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and Economics or a related subject or equivalent experience.
