  • Responsible for attracting, recruiting and selecting top talent for a wide variety of positions throughout our footprint partnering closely with select lines of business and HR staff.
  • Fosters outstanding relationships with line of business managers and HR Business Partners to fully understand the departments you support and the key factors that will drive continued success.
  • Ensures that recruiting and hiring practices and processes are in compliance with governmental regulations.
  • Conducts thorough requisition consultations with mangers in order to target the right talent for open positions.
  • Implements effective recruitment and search strategies utilizing a wide variety of internal sourcing resources as well as building strong partnerships with professional recruitment agencies as needed.
  • Using our applicant tracking system, Taleo, post job requisitions for our internal Career site as well as external posting sites.
  • Conducts effective interviews of internal and external applicants to fully assess talent to ensure that qualified candidates are referred for department-level interviewing.
  • Manage the hiring process to completion. Administers new hire procedures, including checking references, working with management and HR to develop appropriate compensation package and extending offers to selected candidates.
  • Confer with manager to determine screening guidelines for resumes and candidates to ensure functional needs and requirements are met.
  • May be responsible for the daily work flow to ensure paperwork is processed and staff is adequately trained.
  • Participate in Career Fairs and other external recruitment activities.
  • Sr level may assist with reviewing and analyzing existing procedures and recommend changes when necessary to make sure area is efficient.
  • Other duties as assigned.




  • Requires a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field and some experience in recruiting, staffing or general HR processes and procedures or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education, training or experience may meet job requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of staffing and recruiting practices, processes, principles, applications and methods.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Good sales ability, persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good recruiting and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to source and assess strong and qualified candidates.
  • Good networking and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Solid computer skills using Microsoft Office products, Internet and email.
