Zions Bancorporation is accepting applications for our Enterprise Risk Management Reporting and Analysis Manager located anywhere in the USA with travel to headquarters as needed.
- Responsible for directing and coordinating Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk reporting and analysis.
- Determines analytics and establish a process to aggregate reporting across risk management inclusive of risk acceptance and exceptions.
- Work with leaders across Enterprise Risk Management to establish and manage reporting standards.
- Manages process for Operational Risk Events, Key Risk Indicator Program and Scenario testing.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting or a related degree
- 8+ years of analytics, credit, banking or other directly related experience.
- Managerial experience preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Master's Degree highly preferred.
- Requires thorough knowledge of quantitative modeling and data analysis.
- Advanced understanding of multiple areas of lending, applicable government regulations, credit and risk analysis and related computer systems and software.
- Strong working knowledge of risk modeling, analysis and management techniques and practices.
- Must have excellent management, communication, problem resolution and judgment skills.
- Ability to work with management and departmental staff.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of specific computer applications and software.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $140,000 to $175,000 plus bonus depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
