Support the HR departments by assisting with systems administration and technical support. Provides reports, data or builds report for users in all areas of HR, as well as other departments as requested. Assists with data auditing and data integrity. Assist HRIS manager to ensure program/system enhancements function in accordance with HR objectives. Assists with developing, maintaining and revising electronic HR reports and forms. Assists with project management as assigned. Assists users with computer/applications and report program problems. Provides backup support for system security, maintenance and training. Other duties as assigned. Requires High School diploma or Equivalent and some experience with HR systems, process and procedures or other directly related experience. Basic knowledge of Windows, PC applications and hardware, report writing software, databases and HR systems. Must have good organizational, analysis, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems skills. Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and privileged information. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Requires effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and management. Proven customer service skills.
