We are excited to offer a Summer 2026 internship opportunity for a motivated and curious student to join our Retail Digital Banking Platforms team as an Application Development Intern.
What You’ll Do:
As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced software developers and technology leaders. You’ll contribute to real projects that support our customer-facing digital banking applications and learn how enterprise software is designed, developed, and maintained.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with software development tasks such as coding, testing, and debugging
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve user experience and system performance
- Supporting documentation efforts for technical processes and application features
- Learning and applying best practices in software development and agile methodologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Shadowing team members to understand how technical decisions are made and implemented
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Basic understanding of software development principles and database concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Interest in digital banking or financial technology
