Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics or computer science and 6+ years’ experience as a member of an Agile team, preferably serving in the Scrum Master or Product Owner role, standing up a team, coaching a team to relative maturity, coaching multiple teams, coaching in a transforming organization, practicing and coaching to Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban methods, implementing the SAFe scaling framework, launching and coaching an ART or Solution Train to relative maturity and providing SAFe certification training.

  • Advanced working knowledge of agile frameworks and scaling models, agile values & principles and scrum methodology including iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews and system demos, iteration retrospectives, PI Planning, Demos, Inspect & Adapt Workshops, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync and ART Sync.

  • Exposure to architecture roles and/or teams and a fundamental understanding of Agile Architecture

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills: including coaching and mentorship experience, as well as strong decision making, problem resolution, listening, team building, planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills (i.e. both written and verbal).

  • Ability to work with various levels of leadership, and provide efficient timely, reliable and courteous service to Agile CoE customers and stakeholders.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical mastery and coaching practices, focusing on highly complex systems and solutions

  • Understands the fundamentals of DevOps and how Infrastructure and Operations enables Agile delivery and the SAFe framework, as well as hands-on experience serving as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master within an Infrastructure or Operations organization and in-depth knowledge of XP and leading engineering practices.

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
  • Certified SAFe DevOps or SAFe Architect.
A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
