A Multimedia Content Producer (Banking) plays a crucial role in creating compelling storytelling that translates complex financial concepts into engaging visual narratives. We are searching for someone who will create and edit dynamic content for various banking platforms and communications.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and produce professional video content including financial education series, product explainers, and executive interviews
  • Plan and execute video shoots both on-location and in-studio, managing all production logistics through final editing
  •  Measure video performance metrics and adapt strategy to improve engagement and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to align content with overall marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms and materials.
  • Ensure all content is free from errors and consistent in tone and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Write and storyboard compelling video content that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Maintain video asset library and organize footage for efficient retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in, film production, marketing, journalism, or a related field is preferred. 
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in video production with a focus on multimedia content creation. 
  • Advanced proficiency in video production, editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and post-production techniques
  • Technical knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording for high-quality production
  • Experience optimizing video for different platforms (social media, website, internal communications)
  • Knowledge of video analytics to measure performance and improve content strategy
  • Interpersonal skills to direct non-professional talent such as financial advisors and executives
  •  Experience directing on-camera talent and conducting interviews
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, executives, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and optimize multimedia content
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation techniques
  • Understanding of financial services industry preferred but not required

Salary Range: $57,000-$84,000 (depending on experience and other job related factors)

This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
