NATIONAL SEARCH - Mgr, Third Party Risk Management
What you need to bring to the table:
- Expert knowledge of third party risk assessment management, regulatory requirements and reporting, preferably in the banking/financial industry.
- Working knowledge of Banking Regulations (OCC, FDIC,FRB).
- Excellent project management, problem solving and third party relationship management skills.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with business units, subject matter experts, senior management and regulators.
- Excellent strategic thinking ability and demonstrated business acumen.
- Must be results oriented and a self-starter with ability to drive and support complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Able to assess information objectively and make sound decisions based on operational and financial data.
- Excellent management and leadership skills. Able to set and maintain high quality work standards.
- Able to organize, coordinate, track and manage complex tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance or a related field
- 8+ years policy and program development and management, third party risk management, testing, vendor contracts and governance, compliance, business process and organizational design or other related experience.
- Management experience required.
- Experience in change management and/or managed service solution design and implementation a plus.
- A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications
Pay range depending on experience $163,000 to $175,000
Bonus Eligible plus Incentive Plan
