Operational Risk Operational Manager - Supply Chain Management
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar discipline.
- 8+ years of at least one of the following disciplines:
- Risk management experience, with an understanding of operational risk management techniques, practices and concepts
- Supply Chain Management experience, with an understanding of how to assess and manage third-party risk along with components of a vendor lifecycle (planning, sourcing, due diligence and selection, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring and termination)
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
- Supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of various bank/government regulatory requirements and processes related to SCM preferred
- Ability to influence and guide decision making through effective review and challenge of the first line of defense
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral with a variety of audiences, from peers to executive management
- Exceptional critical thinking skills, organization, analysis, decision making, and problem resolution skills required
- Ability to effectively collaborate and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
