Platform Analyst
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and some experience in business analysis, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, systems or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Basic knowledge of business systems, programming and systems analysis procedures, project techniques and practices.
- Knowledge of department specific system applications or products.
- Specific knowledge and experience with DocuSign or eSign methodologies are helpful (willingness to learn specific skills using DocuSign).
- Ability to perform low-code or no-code development work to create functional reusable templates. (Familiarity with JSON, HTML, XML and SQL is helpful)
- Requires strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; detail oriented, inquisitive, and strong time-management skills.
- Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and requirements
- Ability to elicit, gather and analyze user requirements.
- Solid presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to function in a consultative role and manage a team or project.
- Requires solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees. Must be team oriented.
- Must be familiar with Agile ceremonies and methodologies of skilled Agile framework
- Must also be able to work independently.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
