In this role you will:
· Serve as a lead on the agile team to plan, coordinate, analyze, design, document and implement system functionality/processing of commercial loan origination process on the nCino platform with full end to end integration to the core banking system, CRM and downstream applications.
· Act as the custodian of the product backlog of features defined to transform the current state practices to modern day best practices proven in the industry.
· Facilitate conversations with the business and technical teams to drive efficient and standardization driven solutions to deliver enhanced customer experience
· Manage the flow of user requirements from the product backlog to the planning meetings, providing a joined-up overall view of the solution requirements at a detailed level.
· Actively participate in agile ceremonies i.e. daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospective, program increment planning etc.
· Engage with the scrum teams to demonstrate and educate the team on the requirements, business process, technical gaps etc.
· Create user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and ensure all the right artifacts are linked, prioritized, communicated, and sized by the team.
· Determine the tasks under each user story, track the status of each user story and analyze if there are any blockers in the process of development or testing of the requirement.
· Work with the offshore and onshore developers to resolve bugs/defects
· Prepare and co-ordinate the required materials to facilitate successful backlog prioritization and system demonstrations of completed features.
· Support the business stakeholders on determination of the system parameters that are to be defined to achieve the functionality expected by the business requirements
· Provide leadership to project teams in identifying root cause of issues and directing troubleshooting efforts
· Manage the project artifacts and documentation using the following tools – Microsoft Azure DevOps, MS-Visio, MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint etc.
Required Knowledge and Experience
· 4+ years’ Experience in system and domain knowledge of commercial loan origination and collateral management processes in a large or regional bank.
· Strong systems analysis background, with at least 3 years spent working with agile methodologies
· Experience in implementation of transformational solutions in commercial loan origination, specifically utilizing nCino as the LOS platform.
· Experience in banking domain (Commercial lending) specifically around Construction & Industrial, Commercial Real Estate and SBA.
· Direct/Indirect experience with branch/frontline operations, workflows definition and/or enhancements
· Four years of experience working in business analysis or product management for implementation/enhancement of Banking applications and/or processes.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken evidenced by the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - lead, collaborate, facilitate, and negotiate as necessary
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
· Demonstrated experience with problem solving outside-the-box to find solutions that mitigate risks/issues, rather than blindly following process
· Experience in a large-scale IT organization with complex systems, environment & infrastructure
· Highly organized, self-starter requiring minimal supervision
Desirable Knowledge and Experience
· Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology with emphasis in Software Development or banking/financial and/or 4+ years working experience with IT application development, technical software design and development or other directly related experience. Experience working with Banking applications, processes, software interfaces, mainframe and distributed systems may substitute for educational background is desirable.
· Hands on experience with Azure DevOps for requirement management, quality management, & change management.
· Understands and can support project management with the ability to identify the scope, estimate the effort, prioritize the work and come up with a plan.
· Hands-on experience working with nCino’s loan origination platform and/or Salesforce CRM is a huge plus.
· Experienced in enterprise application integration, middleware technologies, database technologies and backend interfaces

Position can be located in Midvale, UT, Houston, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
