Quality Assurance Manager (ART)
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with strategic development and tactical execution of Test and Test Enablement strategy, methodologies, policies, and processes in an agile environment (SAFe preferred)
- Knowledge of defect management methods and processes
- Agile and SAFe methodology experience and certification
- Experience utilizing tools and automation techniques as part of an overall test strategy in a data-intensive environment
- Experience with an agile software development life cycle and the importance of QA involvement throughout the entire cycle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
- Bachelor's degree plus related experience in an applicable domain.
- 4+ years’ experience in data warehouse, business analysis, operations support, business intelligence, software development, project management, or other related domains. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
- Experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- The preferred candidate will have a proven knowledge of the banking industry, including loan and deposit systems in a data warehouse environment
- Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information and adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols and procedures
Pay Range: $82,000 - $120,000
