  • Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 8+ years QA testing, system software/hardware applications or systems experience or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and problem resolution skills.
  • Expert knowledge as a generalist or specialist of software testing methodologies, testing tools, appropriate platforms, related systems and technologies.
  • Must have excellent analytical, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to multi-task and managing competing priorities.
  • Requires effective time management and work ethics.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to lead and train other staff.
  • Experience developing low-code test automation desirable; familiarity with Provar preferred.
  • Experience testing SaaS platforms and Customer Relationship Management systems in a financial institution desirable; Salesforce familiarity preferred
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps preferred.

Mission for Salesforce Lead Test Analyst

To ensure our Salesforce solutions are delivered in a safe & sound manner, aligned with business priorities, and delivered with agility. 


Salesforce Unification MVP project is delivered on time with high quality (6-9 months)

  • Partner with the Release Train leadership to integrate standard QA practices into the MVP delivery
  • Define and implement a testing strategy to support the Salesforce Unification Project 
    • Acceptance of vendor solution
    • Integration testing with other teams
    • User acceptance
  • Transition vendor developed test automation to our team
Grow the Team (0-3 months) 
  • Assist with the hiring and onboarding of an additional test engineer
  • Help the team develop proficiency with Provar
Ensure Safety & Soundness (3-6 months) 
  • Ensure compliance with all technology and application standards related to quality
  • Establish quality related measurement and monitoring to support appropriate application and vendor SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs
