Small Business Relationship Manager; Potential Work Locations: Salt Lake City, Boise, Twin Falls, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Ogden, Vernal, St. George
Who should apply? We want someone who has:
A High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in inside sales, branch and business banking, credit lending and analysis, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
Working knowledge of sales, lending, credit analysis, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.
The ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.
Familiarity with the sales, loan processing and closing processes.
The ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
You must want to be part of a motivated and successful team and work with respected leaders. We want someone who has the acumen to manage client relationships. You must have a great attitude, be confident and want to inspire others to achieve bank initiatives and drive loan growth.
