Who should apply? We want someone who has:

 
  • A High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in inside sales, branch and business banking, credit lending and analysis, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

  • Working knowledge of sales, lending, credit analysis, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.

  • The ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.

  • Familiarity with the sales, loan processing and closing processes.

  • The ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.

 

You must want to be part of a motivated and successful team and work with respected leaders. We want someone who has the acumen to manage client relationships. You must have a great attitude, be confident and want to inspire others to achieve bank initiatives and drive loan growth.
