  • Bachelors and 15+ years of directly related experience including direct lending, loan workout, loan approval, teaching and training, management and supervision.  
  • Applies advanced commercial banking analytics, principles, theories, and concepts.  
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of innovative principles and ideas.  
  • Expert knowledge and application of skills in all areas of credit analysis, underwriting, and structuring, including commercial and industrial, agribusiness, real estate, consumer, mortgage, and high net worth individuals.  
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills required.  
  • Four-year degree with emphasis in a business-related discipline.  
  • Graduate degree and/or advanced banking school certificate(s) preferred
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products
  • Willing to travel 5 or more days per month with some overnight stay required.
