Sr Manager, IT Service Management Support
Qualifications:
- ITIL certification and/or advanced knowledge of IT Service Management processes
- Exceptional communication skills across a broad range of mediums and audiences
- Strong leadership and effective interpersonal and collaboration interacting with all levels of the organization in the context of strategy and technology management
- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams in an enterprise IT environment
- Expertise establishing metrics, reporting, and analysis using tools such as Power BI
- Ability to manage and motivate a technical team with a 24/7 on-call support requirement and to serve as an escalation point for critical issues 24/7 when necessary
- Demonstrated results in executing against critical initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in Information Technology, IT Service Management or ITIL functions, Configuration Management, or directly related experience
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow platform
This position can be located in Salt Lake City, Utah or 100% remote
Pay Range: $100,000 - 140,000
Bonus: This position will be eligible for a discretionary bonus
