Strategic Planning Manager - Supply Chain Systems
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelors degree in a Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of product development, sourcing, procurement, project management and/or risk management or other directly related experience.
- Experience managing multiple responsibilities and tasks and leading major strategic transformation initiatives, achieving business goals and operational risk.
- Employs advanced knowledge as a specialist of product development, sourcing, procurement, project management and risk management.
- Ability to influence leadership, cross-functional teams, stakeholders and partners across multiple geographies.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to use data and metrics to guide decision making, develop business cases and to clearly communicate these data insights to others.
- Ability to understand, analyze and communicate ambiguous issues.
- Outstanding analysis, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proven ability to deliver results for complex or ambiguous problems.
- Ability to understanding the service we provide, our business and the landscape in which we operate.
- Highly developed change management skills and proven ability to challenge the status quo.
- Good facilitation and presentation skills, including training delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including aptitude for mentoring and coaching others.
