Technical Project Manager - Scrum Master
Technical understanding of networking, firewalls, storage, databases, distributed and mainframe systems
Extensive knowledge of technical project management methodologies, processes, tools and implementation of various platform environments
2-3 years of experience working as a scrum master creating technology solutions
4+ years of experience working as a project manager in a technology environment
Requires a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Experience in solution identification, assessment and creation of business and financial cases
Highly effective leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written) to enable interaction with all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among team members, stakeholders and partners
Ability to facilitate discussions, identify, analyze and resolve issues
- Strong meeting facilitation capabilities
Foundational understanding of accounting and managerial finance
High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ADO
- Expertise using Workfront is desirable
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Scrum Master certification (SSM, CSM, or PSM I)
