We are accepting applications for a Trust Specialist located in Boise, ID.  This role will assist with account administration, operational functions, and relationship management of Corporate Trust accounts.

Minimum qualifications:


  • 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: banking or financial services, customer service, or customer account management experience demonstrated through work or military experience
  • Knowledge of banking, trust operations or general office processes and functions
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Good data entry, research, and organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to balance multiple contending priorities in a fast-paced, deadline drive environment
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in assisting in the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
  • Accurate, timely and effective execution of relational and transactional activities among internal and external clients while understanding and following policies and procedures

Essential Functions


  • Provide administrative support in the processing of transactions, fees, receipts and disbursements, payment processing, and maintenance
  • Proactively handle customer issues and serve as a contact for customer questions relating to assigned accounts
  • Complete research and special projects as assigned
  • Research payment and audit questions.
  • Review client requests to confirm documentation is complete and transactions comply with requirements, and follow-up on incomplete requests as needed
  • Process transaction requests, input data and proof reports
  • Review accounts for sufficient funds, minimum balance, and fees
  • Review and schedule documents for outgoing funds
  • Load documents into imagining system
  • Provide telephone, email, and written customer service
  • Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data
